A: We have been in business since 2015. Buying/ Selling/ Trading ever since.
Q: Do you clean the sneakers you sell?
A: Yes, ALL of our pre-owned sneakers are cleaned & sanitized before shipment. We take pride in providing the BEST condition at the BEST prices.
Q: Will I be able to track my order?
A: Yes, within 24 hours of payment, a USPS tracking number is sent via email. Simply click the "TRACK SHIPMENT" tab on our home page.
Q: How much does shipping cost & how long does it take?
A: $9.99 for any order in the U.S. Shipping rates increase to $24.99 for Canada & $39.99 anywhere else worldwide. Shipping is FREE for orders $199+. All orders are mailed out within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping takes 2-3 Business Days.
Q: Where is KICKSCLOSET located?
A: We are primarily ONLINE ONLY. Our office is in College Park, MD. However we work throughout the whole DMV (D.C, Maryland, Virginia) region in order to find the kicks that you need!
Q: Do you edit your photos?
A: NO. Any photo you see on the KC website was taken IN-HOUSE with natural studio lighting to provide the most ACCURATE details. We never filter our photos. What you see is what you get!
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All buyers have 24 hours upon receipt of purchase to request a refund. Once the item is delivered back to Kickscloset HQ & verified, your refund will be processed immediately. However, refunds may take up to a week to finalize.
